Today I had my meeting today with Andie of Vegandie and presented her with 2 desserts she could offer to cater to her clients.Yummy, Healthy, Vegan Desserts.

On the left is a Cacoa Chia Pudding.Cacoa, Almond Milk, Agave, Chia Seeds. Layered with strawberries and bananas.
On the right is a Decadent Chocolate Orange Mousse.Layer of a raw chocolate cake (dates, coconut, almonds, walnuts, cacoa).Filled with a mousse made from avocados, agave, cacoa, orange zest.Topped with a carob ganache.

She seemed to really enjoy them and hopefully she could hire me on to create desserts for her clients with a sweet tooth.

I’m hanging out with Andie of Vegandie on Saturday

WHO IS AN AMAZING VEGAN NUTRITIONIST/PERSONAL TRAINER AND ALL AROUND BABE.
Our mutual friend got us in contact with each other and I am basically freaking out.

“I’m thinking we can talk vegan goodness and brainstorm ideas. And if you have any samples that would be amazing! I’d like to push healthy, yummy vegan sweets to clients and if I could hire you out for this in your spare time that would be amazing! But we should definitely put our heads together. See what the other has to help each other. Vegan is awesome and the more awesome people teaching it the better!!!”

So all this week I am going to be coming up with and perfecting some gluten free, raw, and naturally sweetened desserts and hope for the best.
I could be apprentice to a vegan goddess who caters to the rich. AH!

Paired with a very refreshing salad. Red Onions, bell peppers, mango, romaine lettuce with a lemon vinegarette.
