I made coconut, pecan, hazelnut, chocolate bars:
Made a graham crumb crust (ones without honey)
thickened coconut milk with agave nectar and boiling it in a pan and pouring it into a coconut flour with chopped nuts and shredded coconut mixture,
patted the mixture on top of the crust, topped it with more chopped nuts and coconut.
Baked it at 350 for 18-20 mins.
I’m sorry I don’t have a more precise recipe, I just did it as I went along.
In the second picture is Chocolate chip Banana Zuchinni muffins with chopped up hazelnut and pecan.
Followed a chocolate chip banana muffin recipe but subbed 1 banana for 1 cup of shredded zuchinni.
